Since training under Chris, I have a great sense of confidence knowing that every time I step into the gym, Chris has programmed exactly what I need to progress as fast and safely as possible. In less than 10 weeks, my results are as follows (estimates based on RPE calculator comparing first singles to this weeks singles): +45 lbs on squat, +30 lbs on bench, +65 lbs on deadlift, +7 lbs bodyweight, + improved technique on all lifts.
