Flexx Programming Workshops are designed to help coaches and lifters understand programming better. We’ll go over things like setting up a split, how to progress from week to week, when to deload and how, tapers, and more. All workshops will have a Q&A section at the end where questions are submitted ahead of time. These questions help me emphasize certain portions of the workshop.
