My experience with Delaney has been nothing but the best. Any time I have a question or issue with my lifts or tweaks he’s never failed to give me a solution that feels literally game changing. I also enjoy the effort he displays to get back to me as quickly as he possibly can and as a client it’s highly appreciated, and finally I enjoy the intent and understanding that I get from him as my coach. We both understand what is expected from one another and how to communicate and move forward as a team towards the bigger picture and overall goal.
