Before working with Haley I looked at a number of coaching options and decided that partnering with her would be a good fit. Her coaching is well structured and cohesive. In our first 7 months working together she put almost 100 kilos on my total. After a whole year, we attained my first 3 international medals at the Commonwealth Powerlifting Championships.
